About CARE AND CURE DENTAL

WE ACCEPT ALL PPO AND DENTI-CAL PATIENTS FOR ROOT CANAL TREATMENT!

CARE AND CURE DENTAL is a dental clinic in Fresno, California. It is listed at 6167 N Fresno St Ste 103, Fresno, CA 93710, which places it among the local businesses of Fresno that residents and visitors turn to when they need this kind of service close by.

Dental care in the United States is delivered mostly by private practices: a general or family dentist who handles exams, cleanings, fillings and crowns, and refers out anything that needs a specialist. Group practices and dental clinics put several dentists, hygienists and sometimes specialists under one roof, often with evening and Saturday hours. Most offices ask new patients for a comprehensive exam with X-rays before routine cleanings, which the American Dental Association recommends every six months. Prices are set by each practice, and most accept dental insurance (PPO plans more widely than HMO ones), CareCredit-style financing or an in-house membership plan for people without coverage. Emergency dental services take same-day patients for toothaches, broken teeth and abscesses, usually at a premium.

Hours are published for 5 days a week. The most common schedule is 8 am–5 pm. Note that it does not open on Saturday, Sunday. Hours in the United States do change around federal holidays and long weekends, so a quick call before a special trip is sensible. The listed phone number is (559) 981-5375. Many businesses also reply to text messages on the same number if it is a cell phone. Its website is careandcuredental.org, where you may find menus, price lists or booking options.

With 4.1 out of 5 on Google from 277 reviews, it sits in the middle of the range for dental clinics in Fresno. Recent reviews are the best guide.

Fresno is in California, on the West Coast, where the climate ranges from foggy coast to hot inland valleys, wildfire season can affect air quality in late summer, and traffic is the main thing to plan around. Getting around Fresno is easiest by car; street parking is metered in busy downtown areas, and most suburban businesses have their own lot. Ride-share apps such as Uber and Lyft operate across California's larger cities, and public transit varies from extensive to minimal.

If I could give 0 stars I would unfortunately. I had the worse experience there.!All they care about is collecting 300 fee for a not covered scan . The Dentist is very rude doesn't even greet you. The worse part is that I have been in the dental field over 27 years and I never treated anyone like this. He shouldn't be in practice he doesn't like or care for people. He is all about the money and his staff doesn't even like working for him they told me when I was in the chair. He literally refused to see me even though his front desk did not schedule appointment appropriately. I tried to explain why I was upset and he said im giving your money back and dismissed me . In the mean time my pain level is a 10 and he started treatment and did not finish work. I am so upset but I am Godly women so I won't. Say anything more, But please take this review seriously dont go there !. Find another apecialist even if your insurance is medical he is not worth you suffering. 😞

Seems like this wasn't just my experience , they basically prioritize trying to get you to pay out of pocket, $300 for a ct scan, they tell you "it's not safe to do anything without the ct scan", and your "insurance will 100% definitely not cover the ct scan bc it's "not medically necessary"." The routine in my experience seems like they start by telling you they "... We care about you but the insurance doesn't care about you..." then try to sell you their third party payment plan partnership advertised all over their office. They'll push back on filing a request for approval with your insurance to cover said ct scan, and once you insist and finally get them to agree to file the request for approval, they say ok but also tell you to see if western dental will do it without the ct scan... Even though they just told you how it wouldn't be safe to do anything without the ct scan... I called my insurance right after this, and was told they absolutely cover ct scans for medically necessary situations and transfered me to a nurse, the nurse informed me in my case it was considered medically necessary, told me to go to urgent care or see if my dentist If anything open to see me. Which I

First, I had to pay $300 for a CT since MEDI-cal doesn’t cover that cost. I was agreeable to that as long as I get my treatment done in the end. Then sent that CT to my insurance and waited. For my insurance to accept or deny coverage for the treatment. My insurance approved the procedure to be done, this office calls me in for that appointment. Once I’m in the chair, the doctor was oddly acting like there was some type of issue. He calls in his office manager who proceeds to try to convince me to pay money out of pocket for this procedure. Very confused I asked for clarification from the manager and confined that my insurance approved coverage for the procedure and he said yes. Then he started rambling and giggling about things that didnt make sense. Obviously this is when I got a terrible feeling that this is their way of scamming patients out of money on top of possibly committing insurance fraud. So I left and called my insurance. I was able to speak to my insurance right away, I explained the situation and relayed what I was told by the doctor and staff. MEDI-cal said there is absolutely no reason for them to ask for ANY money. As medi-cal ALREADY approved/authorized the

WORST PLACE EVER!! If you’re referred here, ask your primary doctor to send you somewhere else. We came in for a root canal, and since then it’s been over 4 months of going back and forth. I had to go to the ER and urgent care several times because of the pain. They kept saying my tooth was fine and that I just needed to wait for the crown. Turns out the tooth is broken and now needs to be extracted. From the beginning, my primary doctor told me to have it rechecked, but they ignored the issue. Now they’re trying to charge me $600 for a bad job they did from the start. No sympathy, no accountability, and no concern for the pain this has caused. Save your money β€” and save yourself the pain. Go somewhere else. We are searching legal help because of all the pain endured! ALSO READ OTHER REVIEWS!! If you have gone through this reach out to me!! There’s several who complain about the $300 out of pocket cat scan image those who don’t and that this place broke their tooth! Reach out please the more cases we have the better we can justice through the Law

My daughter was referred to this office to get a root canal procedure by her local dentist. The girls in the front desk are friendly, the waiting area is clean. There was a gentleman that explained the whole procedure of a root canal, it definitely calmed my nerves. My daughter was alil scared with the whole procedure. But they where very patient and understanding. I met the dentist that was goin to do the procedure and he was also friendly. Made me feel I left my daughter in good hands. Thank you Care and Cure Dental πŸ’›
